Policies

Attendance at KISMET Pride 2026 requires the purchase of an official package booked directly through KISMET Pride’s authorized booking link. No event-only passes will be sold.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel unless otherwise specified in writing.
All guests must complete registration forms, waivers, and emergency contact information prior to arrival.

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your package and room selection.
Final balances must be paid by the stated due date listed in your booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit or subsequent payments.
Prices are listed per person and are based on selected room occupancy. Shared room selections require both guests to complete payment according to the stated payment schedule.

Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made after the final payment date are non‑refundable.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
Name changes may be permitted prior to a specified deadline and may be subject to an administrative transfer fee.

Guests are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations (if required), and all travel documentation needed for entry into the destination country.
KISMET is not responsible for missed flights, travel delays, or additional costs related to airline or transportation disruptions.

Participation in wellness activities, workshops, and experiences is voluntary. Guests are responsible for assessing their own health and physical readiness before participating.
KISMET reserves the right to modify programming, talent, schedules, or event locations when necessary.

KISMET Pride is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all guests. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

By attending, guests acknowledge participation in travel and event activities involves inherent risk and agree to release KISMET, its partners, staff, and affiliated venues from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By attending, guests consent to photography and video capture that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written opt‑out request is submitted prior to arrival.
